These terms govern your use of the Kamala Retreats website. Booking a retreat is covered by our separate booking terms. By using this website you agree to the terms below.

Using the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to read about us, to book a retreat, or to get in touch. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to harass others.

Intellectual property

The Kamala Retreats name, logo, photography, written copy, and the visual identity of this site belong to us or are licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose them without permission. If you'd like to use something — for press, partnership, or anything else — write to us first.

Where third-party photography or quotations appear on the site, the rights remain with the original creator and are credited where required.

Third-party links

We sometimes link to third-party sites — practitioners' own pages, the venue listing, sub-processor privacy notices. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content or for what they do with any data you give them. Use them at your own discretion.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We take care over the content and try to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Information on the site is for general guidance — when you book, the booking confirmation is the authoritative record of what you've paid for.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site (loss of profits, loss of data, missed opportunities, and the like).
